Alexander brings more than 45 years of financing and operating leadership experience in energy, with involvement in transactions exceeding US$6bn.
Alexander co-founded Oasis Partners in 1989 and has combined financial advisory and investment work with executive leadership, including CEO roles. His experience connects financing decisions with the responsibilities of building and operating businesses.
Alexander previously served as a director of Endeavour International and its European affiliates, including as Chair of the Audit Committee of Endeavour International Holding BV.
Alexander holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA in Economics from Claremont McKenna College.
Garfield brings more than 50 years of investment banking and transaction advisory experience in energy, with involvement in transactions exceeding US$10bn.
Garfield founded Aegis Energy Advisors. His previous leadership roles include Co-Head of Energy and Chemicals at Salomon Brothers and Head of Natural Resources M&A at Credit Suisse.
Garfield’s experience spans capital raising, acquisitions and divestitures, alongside valuations and complex negotiations involving energy assets. Selected work includes YPF’s privatization and global equity offering, pipeline and refining transactions, and valuation and arbitration support relating to Petrobras’s Pasadena refinery.
Garfield holds an MBA from the Wharton School and a BA from Middlebury College.
Rudolph brings more than 45 years of financing and investment experience, including energy and involvement in more than US$5bn of private equity transactions.
Rudolph founded Riverford Partners and co-founded Clarity Partners and Clarity China. His career combines investment leadership with board service and strategic advisory roles.
Rudolph has served on the board of MidCap Financial Investment Corporation since 2013 and is a board member of MidCap Apollo Institutional Private Lending, the private credit vehicle involving Apollo and Mubadala. His energy experience also includes former board roles at Weatherford International, Parker Drilling and CRC-Evans Pipeline.
Rudolph holds an MBA from UCLA and a BA from Stanford University.
Patricio combines strategy consulting and financial services experience with a focus on oil & gas strategy and transformation.
Patricio previously served as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company and has also worked at UBS and Techint. His background connects strategic analysis with financial and industrial perspectives.
